Sun System Commercial Fixtures are perfect for use when mixing Double Ended lighting with CMH lighting. Mixing these two types of light sources can yield spectacular results by combining the amazing spectrum and UV production of the CMH lamp with the intensity and spectrum of the HPS lamp. The problem with using standard CMH fixtures when alternating with DE fixtures is that because the DE fixtures typically need to be positioned higher above the canopy than CHM fixtures, the CMH fixture tends to block some of the light produced by the DE.
